PGKA Names New Members

The law firm of Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser & Altmeyer, PLLC, is pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2008, Richard N. Beaver and J. Christopher Gardill have been named members of the firm.

Richard N. Beaver focuses his practice on civil litigation, tort law, employment law and insurance law. Mr. Beaver received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from West Virginia University in 1987. He earned his law degree from West Virginia University in 1995. Mr. Beaver is admitted to practice in the State of West Virginia and in the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Ohio County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

J. Christopher Gardill focuses his practice on banking law, commercial law, worker?s compensation and civil litigation. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Marietta College in 1998. He earned his law degree from West Virginia University in 2002. While at West Virginia, Chris was a member of the West Virginia Law Review and served as Senior Managing Editor in 2001-2002. Chris also earned a Master?s Degree in Business Administration from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2003. Chris is admitted to practice in the State of West Virginia and before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Ohio County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Chris resides in Wheeling with his wife, Jodie, their two children, Kaleb and Brenna, and their Airedale Terrier, Phin.
